I was trying to think of a way that I could post on a more regular basis and at the same time not burn myself out. So, I borrowed (stole?) a little from a couple of other blogs and came up with (stole?) the Semi-Daily Horror Quote of the Day. Today is the first semi-daily day and I just want to say thank you to the blogs My Two Cents for the Quote of the Day and to Book Quotes Hub for the awesome book quotes. I would also of course like to thank both blogs for their inspiration (giving me something to rip off). So, without further ado is the inaugural entry of this new feature. I hope you like it. Take care and stay scared!

About Written in Blood

I was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina on March 4, 1962. I guess that makes me old, but I certainly don't feel that way. I still play video games and listen to rock and roll music. I love movies, especially horror films. I have a beautiful wife who is my all time best friend. She supports me in everything I do. More importantly, she calls me out on my bullshit. This blog is dedicated to her for everything she's done for me.

  1. The end of that exchange always chills me:

Demon: What an excellent day for an exorcism.
Father Karras: You would like that?
    Demon: Intensely.
Father Karras: But wouldn’t that drive you out of Regan?
Demon: It would bring us together.
    Father Karras: You and Regan?
    Demon: You and us.

  2. Everyday is a good day for an exorcism :D

Nice feature, just started doing my 5 best feature. Going to do that every 2 weeks and the next one is Alien invasion which has somehow turned into an alien blogathon haha :D

  3. LOVE IT!!! What a brilliant idea! :-D
