THE SEMI-DAILY HORROR MOVIE QUOTE OF THE DAY-JULY 7, 2013

From The Entity and featuring Barbara Hershey as Carla Moran and ? as the entity.

A bit of back story is required since this quote may be taken as offensive. Barbara Hershey plays Carla Moran; a woman who is repeatedly raped and tormented in her own home by an evil and unseen being, or ‘entity’. She turns to a group of paranormal researchers for aid. They attempt to rid Carla of the being by setting a trap for it. Thinking that they’ve succeeded and that she is finally free, Carla returns to her home. As she walks through the house a door slams and she hears a horrible and disembodied voice:

About jmount43

I was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina on March 4, 1962. I guess that makes me old, but I certainly don't feel that way. I still play video games and listen to rock and roll music. I love movies, especially horror films. I have a beautiful wife who is my all time best friend. She supports me in everything I do. More importantly, she calls me out on my bullshit. This blog is dedicated to her for everything she's done for me.

Using that quote with the strong women of today could find a person picking their teeth up. Just a thought.
    Good you explained that quote.

That may be true; but I would even had I not explained I would have hoped that people would see the title of the post (The Semi-Daily Horror MOVIE Quote of the Day) and realize that it’s exactly that: a quote from a movie. I don’t like the word either; but taken in the context of the film it’s both disturbing and highly chilling. Thanks for following and for commenting; I appreciate it.

  2. I’m going to use this quote in real life as much as is humanly possible now.
