Every Saturday I will feature the WWE/NXT Diva of the Week. I will base my decisions on what I see on Monday Night Raw, NXT on the WWE Network* and WWE Smackdown! I will post a photo, info and my reason for choosing the particular Diva for that week. This will be based mainly on their actions inside the ring; however what they do on the outside can have an impact as well. This is feature that I hope you will grow to enjoy. I have been thinking about doing this for some time now as I have wanted to feature something outside the realm of horror.

This is where I shut up and get this show on the road.

WWE/NXT Diva of the Week-Becky Lynch

WWE/NXT Diva of the Week-Becky Lynch

Born on January 30, 1987 in Dublin, Ireland

aka Rebecca Knox

Trained by Fergal Devitt (Finn Bálor), Gonzo De Mondo, NWA UK Hammerlock and Paul Tracey

She made her debut on November 11, 2002

Finishing move(s): Seated Fujiwara Armbar, Exploder Suplex, Four-Leg Clover

Why she is the WWE/NXT Diva of the Week:

Lynch and Sasha Banks put on a match at NXT Takeover: Unstoppable that in my humble opinion was even better than the main event match later that night between NXT champion Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn. Although she failed in her bid to win the NXT Women’s Title away from her former ally, Lynch more than held her own by taking Banks to the absolute limit as shouts of “THIS IS AWESOME” filled the arena. On this night Becky Lynch proved beyond any doubt that she belongs in the upper ranks of the NXT and WWE Divas division.

  1. Cool new addition to your blog.

I have never watched NXT. I watch all of the WWE shows. My current favorite divas are Paige and Natalya. I think Tamina Snuka can be great if she can stay injury free.
