Why she is the Saturday Night Knockout:

Things I could say or do about my love/affection/crush for Mickie James:

I could send Mickie a copy of “Mickey” by Toni Basil. She is so fine and she does blow my mind; but that would just be weird.

I could send Mickie a tape of me singing “Mickey” by Toni Basil. Hello, restraining order. Then again she did it to Trish Stratus so she may appreciate the gesture.

I could dress in cosplay as Mickie James. I’m a dude so that would walk a thin line between funny and creepy. I’m siding with creepy on this one.

(To the tune of the Mickey Mouse Club theme) “Who’s the sexiest woman in wrestling history? M-I-C-K-I-E J-A-M-E-S! Well, that’s disturbing beyond stalker and creepy.

I could do those things. I will, however, not.

Here’s what I will say about my love/affection/crush for Mickie James:

I’ve loved her ever since she set foot in a WWE ring.

She’s a 5-time WWE Women’s Champion, a 1-time WWE Diva’s Champion and a 4-time TNA Knockouts Champion.

I adore her regardless of whether she is a smiling, happy babyface or a bitchy, conniving heel.

I bought one of her CD’s and you know what? It doesn’t suck.

She consistently entertains and gives 110% per cent of herself in the ring and to the fans.

She’s had great feuds with Trish (Stratus), Beth Phoenix, Melina, LayCool, Madison Rayne and Tara, to name a few.

That is what I will say about Mickie James. It is what I do say.

These things are why she is the Saturday Night Knockout.

    • Then it’s great that she would be the subject of the final post in the Saturday Night Diva/Saturday Night Knockout series. It’s not doing as well as I had hoped. Alas, it was fun while it lasted.
