ALT-POSTR-MONDAY FOR FEBRUARY 22, 2016

I love doing this. I love searching for posters to feature each and every Monday. I love picking them out and wondering whether or not all of you out there are going to love them or hate them. I can say that you have loved a lot of them. If you’ve hated any you’ve either kept quiet or been polite about it and I thank you for that (and I am sure the artists do as well, if any of them view these posts.

Here’s another batch for you. Enjoy.

  1. Dr. Strangelove really got me, excellent poster! I also enjoyed War of the Worlds, Alien, and The Birds; and the layout for Shawshank was a very original idea!!

  2. First and for most for that poster at the top? “BUTT!”

    Hi, Lolita!

Alien: always gives me a nod.

Oh-ho-ho-ho! Looks like Captain America is having some probs!

Oh good LORD! DUEL! Dennis Weaver… make sure you keep your peanut-butter in the fridge!

I’m not sure what the Dune image represents with that solo walker, is he a reader of the book or viewer of the movie wandering in and wondering “Why?” (Perhaps Toto has the answer.)
