FRIDAY NIGHT AT THE TRAILER PARK: LIGHTS OUT

Synopsis: When Rebecca left home, she thought she left her childhood fears behind. Growing up, she was never really sure of what was and wasn’t real when the lights went out…and now her little brother, Martin, is experiencing the same unexplained and terrifying events that had once tested her sanity and threatened her safety. A frightening entity with a mysterious attachment to their mother, Sophie, has reemerged.

But this time, as Rebecca gets closer to unlocking the truth, there is no denying that all their lives are in danger…once the lights go out.

I cannot wait to see this feature film adaptation of the scary-as-hell short film of the same name from David F. Sandberg. Directed by Sandberg and with a screenplay by Eric Heisserer based on (Sandberg’s) original screenplay, Lights Out stars Teresa Palmer, Gabriel Bateman, Billy Burke, Alexander DiPersia and Maria Bello. Lights Out is scheduled to be in theaters on July 22. Check out the official website here and the trailer and poster ↓.

  1. Hmmm I enjoyed the short film and am glad this director got a big gig like this, but the trailer did not impress me as much. The short is brilliant and i think the concept works good in a short but not so sure it would work so well in a feature
