ALT-POSTR-MONDAY FOR MAY 30, 2016

Here is the last set of alt-postrs for the merry month of May. I liked all four renditions of Casey Callender’s Alien art and decided to create one big collage out of them. If you hate it then by all means blame me and not the artist.

  1. Batman – wow! I had to stare at the one a moment or two. Amazing. I also really liked The Breakfast Club one as well. Nice finds this week.

  2. The four panel “Alien” art is certainly a trip. Really out there beyond that glowing egg we see in the original poster. Love the art for “American Horror Story” even though I haven’t seen the flick. Just the old style maid outfit and the spooky house. Wow, the Batman art, that’s really spooky with the bat and gosh, a Satanic looking villain! Love the “Dracula” film and the poster is appealing with all the characters and the smiling Mina at the front.

Cheers for “Creature From The Black Lagoon”. Likely my first 3-D film (and I’ve had definite thoughts of giving him a cameo in my radio-drama, that or Swamp Thing with the Chameleons song by the same title.) Haxan definitely gives the feeling of a dark-orgy… And our Saturday-School Breakfast Club. Nice job!

  3. I like depth in the Breakfast Club poster. Very interesting image.

Of course, having an amazing original poster makes an alternate poster harder to accept.
