ALT-POSTR-MONDAY FOR AUGUST 15, 2016

My schedule at work has been changed. Now, instead of being able to post Alt-Postr-Monday at midnight, or a few minutes after like I was doing, I’m not going to be able to post until after 7 o’clock in the morning. Aside from that, I will try to present to you the best posters I possibly can and I hope this weeks batch is no exception.

In addition I apologize for taking so long to post today’s set. There was an internet service interruption in my area and I didn’t have service after 5:30 in the afternoon.

  1. It’s all good. I can’t remember when I got the notification for this but it was late and I thought, “Whoah!” But variety is the spice of life. That old west flick looks intriguing and I love how you can tell what the character is looking at via the shadow behind him. Skyfall looks like another nod to Nagel and I adore the Union Jack in the background. Silent Running is as creepy looking in the art as I’ve heard. Haven’t hit the dryer than toast film but that is a haunting view of our protagonists existence out there in space.

Scary monster for Pacific Rim as well as the lone girl with possibly one shoe. The lack of colour adds to the effect of a dismal outlook. Mad Max is all goin’ fiery! Delicious colours for Jessica Jones. Guardians of The Galaxy hits all of those old fashion Science-Fiction sensations with the bonus of a floating skull for the creepy effect. Something about Days of Heaven is really standing out for me. I think it’s how prominent I get the feeling of true sunlight here, as well as loving almost all things Victorian. Black Panther is wickedly intricate!
