Twenty shopping days until Christmas and ten more alt-posters for your enjoyment. What do these two things have in common? I have no idea. Enjoy.

  2. Heartwarming start with Charlie Brown and the happy dance reflected in the red ornament. Then a good dose of ghastly with the wolf’s howl against a sinister backdrop of Big Ben! Good use of the rain for Blade Runner. It’s always intrigued me in grim science-fiction how the use of rain surrounds a world of electricity. Perhaps that combination expresses going so far against the grain of nature where two opposing forces can mix without the usual repercussions?

The green and red effect stands out for “Empire of The Sun”. (Was that pick intentional on your part? Green and red being Christmas colours, that is.) Fitzcarraldo shows so much madness with the sinking ship while it looks as if a previous passenger is casually watching almost unaffected! It’s good to see The Fifth Element here! Well done for our odd heroine and that peculiar bandage outfit. The circle gives it an almost James Bond feeling. The Green Mile artwork is elegant in its simplicity as the neon glow strikes through the curved window.
